What are the consequences of getting out of a lease?

My friend-you got a ton of baggage--this question would be better for Dear Abby but let me take a stab at sorting it out...You acknowledge that living under your Moms roof is constrictive- I agree -change is needed their----You are on the verge of divorce-and in the same story you mention wanting children but still being unsure of your current relationship....Take a break-40s is a turning point----live on your own in an independent situation if you can afford it-it sounds like you can make it work---Tell your current squeeze---you need a year in your own place--share nights between hers and yours and enjoy it...Your girlfriend is in a rush-you are unsure ---I understand---stop worrying about breaking a lease you don't have yet-----commit yourself to a year in your own place and honor the lease-dont jump the gun---stop being Mommas boy first of all----and stop rushing into a new relationship with another controlling woman like your Mother -current girlfriend-and probably ex-wife..You need a place of your own----for awhile-where you are in charge-to ponder decisions....
