Having a hard time making a decision about wedding?

My fiance` have been engaged since XMAS 2009. We want to get married but unfortunately we have cirstances that keep us from doing so. Money. We moved in together in March and have been paying the rent and bills on time. The big problem is gas. My fiance commutes 45 min/ 5 days a week @ $400/mth. This is killing us. He has put in for a transfer to get a position closer to home. We also have been looking at getting a fuel efficient car IF the transfer wont happen. We also want to have kids. Neither one of us have any (I'm 33 he is 38). We held true to not have a baby mama daddy scenario. But we found out I have a fallopian tube blockage and I have to get IVF. This will cost $10K because neither one of our insurances will cover it.On top of that I have diabetes and my A1C is 8.6%. My dr wants to shoot for 7% BEFORE I go in for IVF. Our wedding-we want something small just family and close friends, 100 or less. We were thinking about going away to Vegas, USVI, or Jamaica, just us. But I want both of our parents to see us get married. Then I think I should marry in my church I grew up in. Then its like should we marry before the IVF treatment? I'm stressing BIG time and bumming out! HELP!!!! The good part is that our families are supportive of WHATEVER decision we make. Big/small wedding, baby before/after marriage. Please only serious answers! Thanks in advance!
