MP4 player help!! My son has one of those bootleg mp4's from downtown. How do I fit more than 49 songs.?

It supposedly hold at least 900 songs but I can only get 49 max. I'm sure it wont hold 900 but come on. Please tell me how to put more songs on it and pics. I am adding music through wmp, and real player.
