Why do you let people that use the worst profanity chat on the canasta games? no other site lets such filth?

sometimes when i am playing there are some who just start calling me filthy names. i never respond that just encourages them but i can't just quit because that would make me lose a game. i have the filter on strong but that doesn't seem to work, why do you allow this?
