How you as a man feel about being pursued by a woman?

This man was very attentive the first time we men, and I have seen him with our friends a few times. I actually got up the nerve to ask him out, he took me out for dinner and drinks and to listen to live music, and he kissed me at the end of the night. I asked him out, but he's made no follow up contact. I've seen him since and he's been nice, but isn't expressing any interest. Should I ask him out again, or should I just take the hint and move on?
