Do i have a tumor on my wrist?

i know you guys aren't doctors but thought id ask anyway... i have a bumb on my wrist that ive been having for a while now. i accidently banged on it w/ a door and it went away but now it back and it worries me i think its a tumor but it dosen't hurt its a lil squishy lol. im goin to the doctor sometime this week but wanted your thoughts on this.
