Well you have a very good chance if you two are going to be the only girls at the party. I would say just wear a cute outfit and be yourself and since your best friend is dating his best friend just hang with them and start talking and just be yourself. Don't act ditzy around him just act like you are interested in what he has to say and listen and smile when you talk to him.
