What's a heavy duty video tripod that's 7 feet or taller that's under $200?

I have a Kodak Digital Camera tripod. Its extendable and it ony cost me about $30. Its made of aluminum but its pretty good. I use a Kodak Easyshare C713 digital camera but it can also support my JVC MG230 HDD Hybrid Camcorder.
