Looking for a great "out-of-the-way" lunch spot on I-78 in PA.?

Taking a trip from Upstate NY to Dutch Country for a couple of days. We'd like to stop for lunch. No chains. The kind of place you "stumble upon" and are glad you did. Somewhere between I-287 and US-222, not TOO far off the highway.
