Loestrin 20 or Microgynon 30?

GP offered those 2 types of pill and Im totally confused which ones to choose.... Im on Yasmin at the moment but after a year of use started to get all the side effects like spots, mood swings, super low libido(same happened with Marvelon) Wanted to change to Mercilon but GP was really reluctant to prescribe it to me so offered Loestrin 20 or Microgynon 30. never heard of Loestrin so quite reluctant to start using them but on the other hand Microgynon is the 2nd generation pill,isn't it?? Please can someone share their experience with those pills? Or maybe someone has medical training and can give a honest opinion on this matter. Many thanks!!
