Im really worried and I make myself sick worrying over pregnancy please give any and all advice than you.?

Had June 20th partner has had a vasectomy for 4 years and I was on depo provera we also put a condom on mid way through right before he d.....I took a pregnancy test july 6th and it was negative should I take another or am I ok? Im just a paranoid freak out! thanks for your help! I cant go by my period bc depo has it all out of whack. I went to the gynecologist july 5th and they felt no need to give me a pregnancy test since I was still in the coverage time of my depo shot....but i still freak!
