How long does a non rehire status last to be rehired for the same job?

i worked for a company for 5 months. i had one employee haring me and asked to be transferred the couldn't do it. so i putin my Two weeks and was not able to work the last day. so i was listed as non-rethireable, how long will that status for that job last before i can go back to work for them?
