How did Jesus handle condescending people?

AND how do you deal with them? Don't you think they're the worst people on earth? I certainly do. I have had to deal with that behavior far too much. Ya know, they're the devil in disguise! Why waste soo much valuable time demoralizing other people --something I don't understand. The way I handle it, well, they're pretty much on my *hit list (meaning "ignore list").
