Frankenstein the book help?

I just finished reading the book Frankenstein. Now my teacher wants us to write a Closing statement to a trial, either defending or prosecuting Victor for what he did. How should i write it. Prosecutors will work to prove that Victor is an evil mad scientist who committed hubris... or Defense attorneys will defend his innocence. PLEASE HELP!
