No. Generally people who have lost retirement as a result of criminal activity at the top of their company deal with it in personal ways. Often they depend upon family support. The actual retirement is delayed and other gainful employment is attained. A man who would have retired at 65 has a lot of good years left to work if he wants and is physically able. I once knew a man who this happened to and he took up a different trade and was one of the best workers I have ever known.
