3 year old fell on 3 month old?

I had my 3 month old in her bouncer, and my 3 year old and I were going through his toys, and he climbed on his art easel in the second I turned around and all I seen was a foot with no shoe landed on the baby... He didnt fall right on top of her, but I know whatever he did hurt cause she screamed for a minute, I couldnt find any red spots or knots, I was thinking of taking her to the ER just to get her checked out, would this be a dumb reason?
